Nairn/Grantown friendly at the Aquadome

We are please to confirm the Nairn Friendly Swim Meet will go ahead on

Saturday 28th May at Inverness Leisure (Aquadome).

Each swimmer will swim 2 x 50metre races.  The strokes have been decided by the coaching team.  It is expected that all swimmers attend the meet unless we have been otherwise informed

It will be a fun and relaxed atmosphere and is always great for new and more experience swimmers alike to get up to date times under race conditions with a bit of healthy competition.

IMPORTANT

Please be poolside by 3.45pm ready for team instructions and warm up

Swimmers will need poolside shorts and t shirts for poolside to wear when not swimming, also an extra towel as well as water, goggles, swim caps (optional for boys) and plenty of energy to support your team.

TIMEKEEPERS

We will need timekeepers, as this is a friendly meet you do not have to hold the official qualification (keep an eye out for information about how to qualify coming soon).  If you are able to help out please let me know by return of email.

Finally this friendly meet is being funded by Club (usually there is a charge for entering swim meets) so thanks for buying snacks at timing evenings and please continue to fundraising events.
